by Dominic Angel on 10/24/2019So, I recently purchased a certified pre-owned vehicle on October 11th, I got to the dealership at 6pm and did not leave until 11pm that evening. This is a ridiculous amount of time for a car sale. Obviously a couple of workers had to stay… after hours to get the paperwork and sale complete which I appreciate, but obviously at this time in the night I did not have a chance to completely look over the vehicle or all of its features. The next morning, I was looking it over and playing with the features in the car and noticed the front passenger side speaker was blown, the only reason I didn't notice during the test drive was because someone purposely faded all sound to the right side so none of the left speakers were on, as soon as I balanced the sound for both side you could here it and it sounded awful. I also noticed that the salesman and financing guy did not send me home with a registration for my temp tag. I also discovered that there was a second brand new key stashed in the car after I negotiated a second key in writing to make the sale. The worst part about this is my wife tried calling the day after to let all the issues be known and nobody called or texted her back. I did not here back from anyone at the dealership after multiple attempts to make contact until they noticed that during the after hours paper signing they missed 2 sheets, this took them almost a week to discover. Then I was bombarded with constant emails and calls until I got it taken care of. I explained these issues in length to a few different people who all said they would take care of it and call me back with some type of resolution and yet I have still not heard back from anyone at all. It will be 2 weeks tomorrow and I'll say this I will never buy from this company again after being treated like this. It's one thing to be lied to, but being ignored makes it even worse.Dominic, thank you for leaving this detailed feedback about your experience with our dealership. Paid for Diagnostic twice, just to get out of there

They told multiple stories of why my car was not ready, after 3 days of the writer saying they were working on it the service manager stated they had not started it yet and did not want to. They… wanted me to have it towed away. Why anyone would get their service here, or buy a car, is beyond me. Poor quality, poor communication, just a poor excuse for a dealership.Hi Mike, thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. Poor Service
by Watchout on 03/06/2019I had an appointment to see a preowned car with a salesperson at a present time. I was in contact with the salesperson for the prior few days. On the morning of the appointment I drove over 30 miles to the dealership to look at the car.… I walked into the dealership and was never greeted, I had to ask for the salesman I had the appointment with. He never came out to meet me. The assistant manager walked up to me, introduced himself and told me the car I was to see was sold the day before. When asked why I wasn't contacted before I drove so far he said " I dont know". He did not even offer to find out why. Buyer beware of this place.We are deeply disappointed by your lackluster experience at AutoNation Chevrolet North. Purchase experience
by ConnieG on 12/21/2018Arrived at the dealership and was promptly met by a person asking if we needed help. Told her we had an appointment to look at a car and she found the sales rep that had the appointment. Did not care for the original vehicle as it was too… small. Gustavo found us a 2019 Equinox that fit the bill. There were numerous questions I had for him but didn't get answers. One was about putting a receiver hitch on the car as I have a scooter with a carrier that I need on the car. Asked him at least twice about it and he would just say he would have a service person answer our question. No one ever did. Did not get to truly study the car so after the purchase driving home it seemed as if there was no SiriusXM available on the vehicle. Called Gustavo who said he thought you could add it and he would get back. He never did. Sent him a text stating that I wasn't too thrilled with the vehicle at that time and mentioned the Sirius issue. I have not received a text in return. He has said that he found our garage door opener in the trade in and would send it to us via FedEx. Will wait to see if we receive that. I have gotten more familiar with the vehicle and am learning to appreciate it more. We are both over 60 so just being able to jump in and start using this new technology is quite overwhelming.Great job

Took a walk around looking at some new models on the showroom floor and in the lot for a short time, walked back in and… the truck was ready to go. Oil change, tire rotation, and we were off. Very impressed with this visit and the staff of this autonation dealership. Bought a truck from another one in golden years ago and had the same type of experience, all positive.Hail Damage
by Samantha on 10/24/2018updated 10/30/2018Salesman helped us out quite a lot except for when I had asked if there was any hail damage on the vehicle, he pulled up a carfax report but when we expected the vehicle he said it had none but after the sale was completed I noticed hail… damage on the hood of the vehicle, you need to teach your salesman how to correctly inspect a car. I do expect my car to be fixed and for the price to go down due to something your salesman should’ve known from the start.Service at AutoNation Chevy North

It took a week to get fixed which is understandable knowing parts need to be order but I had to call late Friday afternoon to find out my car was ready early morning. Not even 24 hours after… picking my car up the sensors that were "replaced" went on, my window was stuck down. I tried calling to get my car back in asap and the lady Bre that was suppose to help was not helping at all. she kept saying she does not know when and how long it would take to get my car back in and looked at. I asked to speak to a manager and she said he was not in and she would leave a message. I told her this was my only vehicle and I have two kids that can not be in the car with the window down in this freezing weather and her response was still " sorry I don't know how long or when we can get your car looked at, what if we need to order parts and my guys leave at 5pm". I finally got to talk to Travis who was amazing enough to get my car in fast to get the window up. The gentleman who got my window up said the panel and wires that are in the door are broken off. These parts are not covered under warranty and not sure what I should do. I then tried to call and talk to Travis but I was hung up on four times before I was transferred to Bre again and she said that he was on a "very expensive call" and she would have him call me back, she didn't ask for a call back number or even my name, she said she had caller ID and knew who I was. The number on caller ID is a generic number from my work place. I don't appreciate how she assumed everything! I still have yet to hear back from Travis from the messages I left with Bre. What do I do now, wait for my window to break again and have the sensor saying my back door is open when I am in drive? I am not getting any answers from anyone. The sales team was very helpful and attentive to my needs. We made a… great deal at a great price within a couple of hours of starting the process. Brake issue

The service team could not duplicate the issue but checked breaks thoroughly and provided me contact info and… what to do if problem surfaced again.We appreciate your positive review about your recent experience with us!
