Dealership Sales Review
Arrived at the dealership and was promptly met by a person asking if we needed help. Told her we had an appointment to look at a car and she found the sales rep that had the appointment. Did not care for the original vehicle as it was too small. Gustavo found us a 2019 Equinox that fit the bill. There were numerous questions I had for him but didn't get answers. One was about putting a receiver hitch on the car as I have a scooter with a carrier that I need on the car. Asked him at least twice about it and he would just say he would have a service person answer our question. No one ever did. Did not get to truly study the car so after the purchase driving home it seemed as if there was no SiriusXM available on the vehicle. Called Gustavo who said he thought you could add it and he would get back. He never did. Sent him a text stating that I wasn't too thrilled with the vehicle at that time and mentioned the Sirius issue. I have not received a text in return. He has said that he found our garage door opener in the trade in and would send it to us via FedEx. Will wait to see if we receive that. I have gotten more familiar with the vehicle and am learning to appreciate it more. We are both over 60 so just being able to jump in and start using this new technology is quite overwhelming.
