Paid for Diagnostic twice, just to get out of there

onWhy do you not have a zero star option. They told multiple stories of why my car was not ready, after 3 days of the writer saying they were working on it the service manager stated they had not started it yet and did not want to. They wanted me to have it towed away. Why anyone would get their service here, or buy a car, is beyond me. Poor quality, poor communication, just a poor excuse for a dealership.
