    This is the second vehicle I've purchased from Autonation Toyota. I feel very comfortable purchasing a vehicle from them. The only thing I didn't like was that they didn't seem to want to accommodate me when I had to take the vehicle back in to have a tire looked at. I was told I could not bring it in later than 2:30 pm. I work full time so I had to take time off of work to do this. I just spent a lot of money on this car, the least they can do is work with my schedule.

    I dropped my truck off for a brake job. I was a little early and they took it in right away. I was told it would be done by 1:00 and it was really done at that time. I was happily shocked. I had a coupon for $100 off and they totally honored that without any problems.

    AutoNation Toyota did a great job servicing my truck. I have been there 4 times and each time I am very satisfied. They are honest with what work needs to be completed and very quick at getting it one. Their communication is great and they gave me a future estimate of what would need to be done on my next visit so I can plan for it. The service was quick and finished in the time they said it would. 100% recommend.

  • Wish we could give a zero

    The purchasing process was relatively painless. However, getting the 2nd FOB was a pain. We arrived for the appointment to be told that it takes 1 1/2 hours to pair the FOB to the car. Not realizing it was such a huge a time consuming procedure we had to reschedule as we hadn't factored in 1 1/2 hours into our day. My wife returned on the rescheduled day and was then told it would take 2 hours to pair the FOB to the car. The extra 1/2 hour we have dubbed the "punishment" for having rescheduled last minute. They told her they would text or call when the procedure was done. 3 HOURS later my wife asks how much longer it will be, and the person said it's been done for an hour. She told them that they never texted her and the guy just says "yeah, I didn't text you" then sends her on her way. No apology. No thank you. Nothing. Horrible experience and we will never be bringing this vehicle to this service department for any work in the future.

  • Great Experience in Purchasing New Sequoia

    We have been looking for a new Sequoia to replace our older one. Danil was quick to respond with details on 2 available Sequoias when we requested information on them yesterday which was very appreciated as they seem to be selling as fast as most dealers are getting them on the lots. He then set up an appointment for us first thing this morning and worked hard to help streamline the process to make buying the SUV as quick as possible because we had all 4 kids with us this morning. Overall the experience was great, Danil was helpful and knowledgeable and got us in the car we wanted before lunch. Additionally, the finance office (Ryland) was able to work with Toyota to get us the extended warranty and maintenance package on the vehicle for an extremely reasonable price.

    Sergey showed me only cars that fit my requirements and we found the perfect one. And he didn't make fun of me for not wanting leather seats! There was a problem with the car after we drove off the lot and he went above and beyond to resolve it. I would definitely recommend this dealership!

  • Jez is the best!

    I’ve worked with Jez in the Autonation Toyota Service Center for over 10 years now, since I bought my first car. He’s worked with my parents even longer. He’s saw me through the 90K miles I’ve put on my used Yaris, always on the hunt for the best deal he can get me on parts and service. He’s easy to schedule with and is always willing to squeeze me into a busy day if there’s an emergency with my car. I HIGHLY recommend Jez to anyone, and by extension, AutoNation Toyota on Arapahoe. I’m absolutely a “point A to point B” type of car owner and the last thing I want to do is worry about my vehicle, or worry whether or not I’m being taken advantage of by being sold parts/services I don’t actually need. I’m incredibly grateful to work with Jez—he’s trustworthy, communicative, knowledgeable, and it’s clear he genuinely cares. Plus, he’s just a really nice, laid-back dude that anyone would immediately feel comfortable around. I truly can’t imagine myself going elsewhere.

  • Dropped the ball

    Went in for warranty repair that required a new part. After inspecting the car they said they would order the part and be in touch to schedule the installation. No one ever called me back. I called them 3 weeks later and no one ever ordered the part. I had to hold their hand and keep checking in over 2 months to get the part ordered and installed. After they finally installed the part, I noticed a plastic cover in the part was never ordered or installed. I think I will just live without the plastic cover instead of having to keepdealing with them.

  • salesman kept lying about arrival status of new car

    On July 31 I bought a new Rav4 hybrid XLE premium. I was told it would arrive on August 20. It didn't. I kept calling and the salesman kept giving me dates and telling me it was on a truck or a train. It wasn't. Finally, on September 19, I called DORA. They told me I had to talk to the general manager to try to work something out before filing a formal comlaint. I called a d an assistant manager returned my call. I explained the situation. He checked into it and called me back. They did not know where my car was, but it wasn't on a truck or a train. He offered to give me a Rav4 hybrid limited for the same price as XLE premium, even though the limited was more expensive. I went with that and got the car on September 22. The salesman was suppose to help set up the Toyota android so I could use the handsfree phone, maps etc. but that never happened. He couldn't get it to work while I was there and told me to come back on Monday. I came, he didn't. Told me he would call me to set up a time to set up the system. He didn't. I am slowly working it out with the help of friends who own Rav4s. If I hadn't called the general manager, I would still be waiting for my car a d that salesman would still be lying to me.

  • Unfinished/Not completed service service

    Made an appointment to get my speedometer changed out. I had to leave my 4Runner for odometer purposes. I also asked to have the rear door fixed because it would not open. I left the car at the dealership on September 13. Got a call on sept 19..... I was told the car should be ready by the end of the day.....Got a text on Sept 22 my car was done. I informed them I would be out of town and back on Tuesday the 26 to pick it up...Picked up the car on the 26th....drove the car to the store and opened the rear door to put in groceries...when I tried to close it it does not lock. Took it back to dealership. They looked at it , and tell me it will need another part. I was told the service person would have to talk with the manager to see if they could give me part at cost and no labor charge and he would let me know. Never received a call back concerning this issue plus I do not trust driving the vehicle because the rear door might malfunction and I them will not be able to lock the car because th rear door does not latch properly....I called the dealership on Oct 3 to see about the fix and the added cost part at cost and the no labor charge. Talk with the service manager, he says I will get part at cost and no labor but he has to order part and will let me know when it has arrived. My thoughts are, you have a vehicle for 13 days and you could not fix the rear door issue within that time line and now I have to wait until the part gets in and drop my vehicle off again and wait another few days to get it repaired. the original cost to fix the $770.33 but now I have to pay more because of a extra part? No happy with the outcome

    Forgot to tell tech that I just changed the air filter a few thousand miles ago. They changed it and charged me for it anyway. Any tech could tell is was practically new, but they didn't care. I understand what was "ordered" but they could have been helpful and told me it didn't need changing. Plus it took 45min longer than promised.
