onForgot to tell tech that I just changed the air filter a few thousand miles ago. They changed it and charged me for it anyway. Any tech could tell is was practically new, but they didn't care. I understand what was "ordered" but they could have been helpful and told me it didn't need changing. Plus it took 45min longer than promised.
