Dropped the ball

onWent in for warranty repair that required a new part. After inspecting the car they said they would order the part and be in touch to schedule the installation. No one ever called me back. I called them 3 weeks later and no one ever ordered the part. I had to hold their hand and keep checking in over 2 months to get the part ordered and installed. After they finally installed the part, I noticed a plastic cover in the part was never ordered or installed. I think I will just live without the plastic cover instead of having to keepdealing with them.
