    Eric was my service advisor. I had to wait for my car since I live far enough away and he let the techs know and I was out of there in a good amount of time! They have a nice waiting room with free coffee and water and tea as well and tables for you to do your work while you wait! Very efficient!

  • Challenges with Pre-owned Ford Expedition Purchase

    The live Facebook tour and no-haggle used car pricing were the positive aspects of purchasing a car from AutoNation Ford Valencia. Overall, purchasing the vehicle turned out to be a challenging experience. Communication was often delayed/limited, which slowed down the purchase process and the time it took to address issues that arose. I had to keep following up before and after the sale. We scheduled a pick up time and the sales manager told us he would have the car detailed the day before. When we arrived, the sales person said it still needed some finishing touches on the detailing. The finance person did not have the documents ready and they were not emailed to us in advance as requested. We waited an hour to get going on the paperwork, then spent another 45 minutes with the person trying to sell us extended warranties and service packages. After spending more than 2 hours at the dealership while the car was supposedly being detailed, we left for a long drive home. It turns out the car had not been detailed at all. It had food remnants, crumbs, pet hair, dirt etc just about everywhere, and some compartments had handfuls of wires stuck in them. There was even a dirty sock and personal medical product from the prior owners on the floor! We ended up having to take the car to an AutoNation closer to us to get it detailed and install another missing part. It took six hours altogether to get this accomplished as we had to take it in one day, get a car rental and drive back and forth and then pick it up, return the rental car, etc. another day. Afterwards, I had to keep asking for the CPO paperwork. I am overall happy with the vehicle, though would not purchase one from AutoNation Ford Valencia again.

  • Finally found a honest & informative Car Salesman!

    I was in search for a Ford Bronco for about 3 months. After a few bad experiences with other Ford dealerships, I decided to give Ford Valencia a final try. And I am so very glad I did!!! From the moment I stepped onto the Ford Valencia car lot, my good luck began. Memo greeted us. Memo was more than happy to answer all my many questions and show me all Broncos they had on the premises. He continued to be a resource throughout the financial process & document signing. Memo even helped me sync the Ford App to my car & made sure I was satisfied prior to driving off the lot! He has even followed up with me a week later (after I have really gotten to know my new car) to see if he can answer any additional questions!! All car dealerships need a top notch personable, informative, honest, and enthusiastic salesman like Memo!!

  • They made it right!

    I took my car in for an oil change, and they found an oil leak. I took it back for the oil leak and they repaired it, fortunately it was still under warranty. When I picked up my car, I heard a sound that wasn’t there before the repair. Since it was the weekend of New Year’s, Eric took care of me. He rented a car with enterprise for me. When I spoke with Sam the service manager, he reassured me that they would call Ford hotline and figure out the sound. Within a few hours, Sam called me back and explained that the noise was normal in some turbo charge engines, phew what a relief! Thanks for taking care of your customers Auto Nation Ford and in Valencia!

    Walked in one person’s ready to leave the day the service person supposed to be assigned to me on the phone. Then a lady walks in and she takes her and I’m still standing there so the guy that supposed to be going home to help me. They tell me they need to keep the car. Ok. Well, all it was was the brake light that needed to be changed.

    I had an issue with a clunking noise and vibration from the rear when applying the brakes. I dropped in without an appointment and was checked in quickly. It took a couple of days to get it all resolved, but the service department did a great job and the car is fixed. They also addressed several other service bulletins while it was there. All work was done under warranty with no out of pocket costs and no hidden charges.

    I originally took my vehicle to GALPIN Ford for a service and diagnostic. They told me that the rattling and banging noise was coming from the catalytic converter but that my vehicle was drivable since I didn’t have the $2000 for a new cat. Thankfully I took my car to AutoNation Ford in Valencia because not only did they fix the noises, they found a broken lower transmission mount that was the source of all of my problems (banging, rattling, suspension and cv axle issue etc.) …. AutoNation took their time and were more worried about providing me with excellent quality and service than getting paid. They helped me look on their site for coupons and specials and saved me hundreds of dollars even when I was happy to pay full price for their excellent work. I was very impressed by both Eric and Morgan in Service and the mechanic that took his time and seems to have checked every single nut and bolt on my car. He literally found things that no one else has told me about.

    I purchased a new mustang at autonation of alicia and everything from when I walked through the front door was simple, pleasant and professional. I was offered several options on the purchase and found one. That worked really well for me. The process was simple only took a couple of hours. Anywhere from the salesman to talk management was top tier.

  • Drop off my car to check on an update

    I have Mach E I got 2 online updates and it messed up the modem so I took it to the service dept explained everything thing to them and I was told it is a modem so I was asked to leave it there for couple of hours to check and make sure the part is to be ordered so it was there for 7 hours and called twice to get an ETA no one got back to me finally at 4 pm I went to the service department to see what happened with the car hoped that the car is fixed because it was there the whole day and they don’t need to order anything to find out that nothing was done and I need the modem and they will place an order I wasn’t happy at all with the service that was on Macau October 30 five days passed by no one called I called on Friday to find out on the order of the modem because on Monday I was told the part will be in in couple of days so I found out on Friday the part came in on Thursday and no one bothered to call me to schedule an appointment I had to schedule the appointment on Friday when I was finding out that the part is in that is after I was transferred between the part and service department few times I got pissed off and asked for a manager so I was schedule finally It wasn’t a pleasant experience nor professional one

    Super efficient and reliable experience in the service department. I get an appointment, so no waiting when I drop off my car. Always the same, great service writer who acts like he’s adopted my car as his own. Service writer keeps close track of my service needs and makes valid suggestions on what I need, including factory recall. My previous car lasted me 23 years and much of the credit goes to this dealership.

    I brought my explorer in as it was having transmission issues and is under warranty. They stated that nothing is wrong and had me pick it up. When I asked for the service report the service manager stated that she did not have it ready. I waited for 35 minutes and it still wasn't ready. I told her to just email it to me. It's been a week and I still have not received my report.
