    My new car was due for the first annual service, and I worked with David as the advisor. The experience was excellent, and he was very professional. The car was serviced on time, and I was offered a loaner car, but I did not require one.

    Excellent service and parts team. My tire blew out on my new X3, it was a run flat. I was almost stranded in Tucson as no one else had my tire size in the entire city. They not only had one left but were able to see me that very hour to get it replaced. This place is a life saver. Will always come back. Also my service rep Jayme is AWESOME! Shout out to her! You guys have earned a loyal customer for life.

  • Great Experience at Tucson BMW Buying our X7!

    My wife and I purchase our beautiful X7 at BMW of Tucson. We are from El Paso, Texas, and had been looking for an X7 all over the country. We jumped on one at Tucson BMW and began communicating with them right away. They were very helpful and professional, and assisted us in every possible way, making for a very straightforward and pleasant "long distance" buying experience. Rachel at Tucson BMW even "wrapped" our new X7 with a big red bow and nice anniversary message, as it was our 16th wedding anniversary! This was just the beginning of a top-notch delivery experience. Our X7 was meticulously detailed and ready to go, except for a minor detail with an interior panel, which was immediate resolved at their service department at no charge. Within a few hours we were on our way back home to El Paso, very pleased and impressed with the whole buying, delivery and service experience at BMW of Tucson. Rachel, Martin, Pat - thank you again for your great service. I'm sure we will see again soon.

    A stylish facility with a well-organized, specialized staff at the ready for each step of the buying process. Since it was my first time buying from a dealership, I had so many questions. My sales rep, Isaiah, was polite, thoughtful and highly responsive to all my inquiries. He guided me along with positive, productive energy. When larger questions arose the General Manager, William, stepped up to help, personifying the expression, "Where there's a 'Will', there's a way." A great overall experience and I love my new BMW!

  • A/C evaporator leaked

    I took my 2019 540I into BMW of Tuson to take a look at my AC it was blowing warm air but after inspectionnit turned out to be the evaporator cooler. they confirm with me tovgive the ok to repair... After looking up the extent of removing the entire dash board and everything attached to include the sterering wheel. i was scheptical that it would be put all back together properly.... well with my amaze it was good as new after everything... the whole process with jessica was always sending great communication the entire time.... i have no doubts when i will take my car to get it fixed and jessica will my to goto woman... i love my car then and love it now....

  • Complimentary car wash

    So sad that for the second time, a simple car wash took 1 hour and 15 minutes from time my customer service person said it was getting washed to when vehicle was returned. For 45 minutes I saw my unwashed car just sitting in the service area… questioned 3 different people before the 3rd person actually went back and had it taken care of. Never had this ever happen with any other dealership. BMW: you need someone to check out the operation

    I’m always pleased with the professionalism, quality of service and attention to detail BMW of Tucson provides when we bring our cars to the service department. I’m always greeted as a valued client and my car is always taken care of with care. Ryan Lange, the Service Manager, and the rest of the department always go above and beyond to please the client.     The service advisor, Tyson, did a good job working with me on a recent front struts replacement job. It was more than a one day job so I got a free loaner that was scheduled in advance. The service technician did a good job as usual at this dealership. I think that the price was a little on the high side but this comes with owning a BMW which is the best driving car I’ve ever owned!!

  • Routine service on BMW X1 and M235

    On X1: Included in the service was replacement of all 4 tires. 2 days later one tire was down to 20 psi. I took it to a local tire place since the BMW dealer is 90 miles from home. They replaced the valve stem, indicating that the one replaced by the dealership was defective. On M235: Car was at dealership for 2 full days to replace struts and other work. When I got the car back the driver's side mirror would not retract, which had never been an issue before, including the morning I drove to the dealership. Service manager would not agree to fix it but agreed to look at it. I will return it to the dealership when I return to Tucson for any reason, but will be very upset if they don't fix it at no cost to me.
