My wife and I purchase our beautiful X7 at BMW of Tucson. We are from El Paso, Texas, and had been looking for an X7 all over the country. We jumped on one at Tucson BMW and began communicating with them right away. They were very helpful and professional, and assisted us in every possible way, making for a very straightforward and pleasant "long distance" buying experience. Rachel at Tucson BMW even "wrapped" our new X7 with a big red bow and nice anniversary message, as it was our 16th wedding anniversary! This was just the beginning of a top-notch delivery experience. Our X7 was meticulously detailed and ready to go, except for a minor detail with an interior panel, which was immediate resolved at their service department at no charge. Within a few hours we were on our way back home to El Paso, very pleased and impressed with the whole buying, delivery and service experience at BMW of Tucson.
