  • Oil change & tire rotation.

    They never reset the oil light. I asked for a tire rotation, they said they did it, but they never did. They charged me $79. for a cabin filter.

    Needing service before a long distance road trip, we were able to get scheduled for service on our schedule. Service was thorough and we left more prepared for our trip. Staff is always friendly, competent and efficient. The ice cream freezer was stocked as well.

  • Bad experience

    #1 the person working on my car said two tires when it ended up being 3! Trying to sell 4 tires when 2 was only needed! (Outdated selling technique plus costly for the consumer. Not gullible here!) Why they didn't notice 3rd tire was bad is beyond me! Went else where to get 3 tires! Also, somewhere else to get alignment. Didn't change out bad air filter either! Not happy with my service and the service manager did not return my phone call to do a complaint. Did not trust the person helping me!

    Ms Elena Echevarria has been the best auto salesperson I have had. She is highly recommended. Mr Frisbee was also very friendly and helpful. My only setback was that I stayed longer than I expected while going through the purchase process.

  • Service review

    Greg waited on me. Set up a ride to Tucson Mall because svc. was scheduled to take about 4 hours. While there, I missed my Kindle book reader. Called him and he was able to locate it. Left it with the cashier who locked it away. Also, when I called from the Mall early to say I was ready to come back, He said the service time had shorten and they would pick me up early. When I got back, Greg explained to me that an hr. had been taken off my bill because the svc. hadn't taken as long as expected. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!

    I arrived at Auto Nation on time. I waited in my car for a few minutes and when no one came to greet me I went inside. My advisor John apologized but he was with another customer. He wrote down my concerns and went outside to check in my vehicle. I told him of my subsequent appointment and he did his best to keep me informed and get me out on time! He was very pleasant throughout and used my name frequently. First time with this Advisor but I saved his information for subsequent visits.

    Even without an appointment, I was able to get terrific service and in a timely manor. I was promised it would be completed in about two hours, in spite of not having an appointment. They did just that and I was in and out in two hours. I highly recommend AutoNation Honda for their service. I also highly recommend Honda, for a reliable vehicle.

    There is a recall for my 2009 honda crv i make an appt for 7 am they even called to confirm the appt Thats fine I get up at 5:30 in the morning to get there by 7 as its a 45 minute drive I get there and the guy asks me if i want oil change or tire rotation or any service Turns out they did nothing for the recall basically wasting my time and tried to sell me services that i didn't want or need Complete waste of time and shiuld have told me there is nothing they can regarding recall

    Recall repair was estimated to take 1.5- 2 hours. Actual repair took 3 hours. I was never given any updates by the service rep that the repair would not be completed according to the estimate.
