onI arrived at Auto Nation on time. I waited in my car for a few minutes and when no one came to greet me I went inside. My advisor John apologized but he was with another customer. He wrote down my concerns and went outside to check in my vehicle. I told him of my subsequent appointment and he did his best to keep me informed and get me out on time! He was very pleasant throughout and used my name frequently. First time with this Advisor but I saved his information for subsequent visits.
