Bad experience

on#1 the person working on my car said two tires when it ended up being 3! Trying to sell 4 tires when 2 was only needed! (Outdated selling technique plus costly for the consumer. Not gullible here!) Why they didn't notice 3rd tire was bad is beyond me! Went else where to get 3 tires! Also, somewhere else to get alignment. Didn't change out bad air filter either! Not happy with my service and the service manager did not return my phone call to do a complaint. Did not trust the person helping me!
