onGreg waited on me. Set up a ride to Tucson Mall because svc. was scheduled to take about 4 hours. While there, I missed my Kindle book reader. Called him and he was able to locate it. Left it with the cashier who locked it away. Also, when I called from the Mall early to say I was ready to come back, He said the service time had shorten and they would pick me up early. When I got back, Greg explained to me that an hr. had been taken off my bill because the svc. hadn't taken as long as expected. GREAT SERVICE!!!!!
