    I had to have my driver’s side actuator replaced on my door and took it into AutoNation Gilbert location. They did a good job on replacement of the part but honestly trying to get status updates and getting ahold of my advisor was… frustrating.

  • Smart Car purchase

    Everything was great. Constant communication, attention to detail, and extensive follow through. Until I purchased the car. I told my salesperson thst the crusi control doesn't work and Everything I mentioned above stopped. It makes me… wonder if Autonation Gilbert is just about the sale, still waiting on the service. If they do follow-up I'll let you know.

  • Silverado Transmission Replacement

    My 2015 Chevy Silverado started to have transmission issues getting stuck in 3rd gear. The problem was quickly diagnosed and the cheapest and most effective option was to fully replacement the transmission. Jennifer was able to price match… the service and parts to be comparable to another local shop I have used in the past. This definitely made my decision very easy. Truck was all done and working great within a few days. I will happy continue to come to AutoNation Gilbert for my future vehicle needs.

  • Better Service Elsewhere

    I have brought my car into this service department several times for an oil change and misc. other services. I can honestly say that I had not pre-purchased the oil change package, I would never go back. The last time I was there I had… conversations with the Service Manager Gary about all of the issues I have had with his department. My last appointment was canceled without informing me and when I did get my truck in, they were not able to have a leveling kit installed after I was promised. He apologized to me, gave me a quote for discounted services and promised to call me the next Monday to schedule. He did not call and I have tried to contact him 4 times leaving 3 messages with no call back. I don't believe as a customer I should have to work this hard to give my money to a organization. Don't waste your time. Seek service elsewhere.

    I didn’t need a care but my family member did. Understanding where my family member was. And knowing what I had going on and what I was working with in my own household made the sale. Her mannerisms, professionalism, proficiency and… patience helped me to help my family member.     I have always strayed away from dealers because I felt the people working there really didn't have the customers needs at heart. Gilbert Autonation proved me wrong. I first started going there for a recall on my truck and was treated so… well that when my wife had an issue with her older car we took it there too. The service advisor (Kiara) truly cared about what we needed, our concerns, and made sure we were taken care of by the service mechanics to our satisfaction. I did not meet the mechanic (s), but could tell they cared just as much by the time put in and notes of the repair done. I have owned Chevys for approx 40 years and this dealership is about twice the distance from my house as a closer one that gave me the sour taste on trust. Sooo glad I went to this one and realized some dealerships actually care about their customers! Highly recommend this service center.

    Dominic was my salesman and he was very friendly and understanding. Both of my daughters plan to give him a call when they are ready to buy soon. Dan helped me in the financial side of things and went above and beyond to help. He even… called me 2-days after my purchase to let me know he was able to get me financed for a lower rate with another bank, which of course lowered my payment. Never have I had anyone call me after the signing was complete to help me lower my payment. That is excellent customer service right there!

    Took a few hours for an oil change and tire rotation but other than that was easy. I feel with the delays and long wait a complimentary car wash would have been nice. My device was covered by my plan so I didn’t have to pay for anything but… my brake screech and they said upon inspection there was no issues just dirty, unfortunately couldn’t clean them to help the sound.

    We met with Justin on Saturday to see a 2023 Chevy Blazer I called on Friday to make an appointment for Sat at 10:00am he already had the vehicle in the front of the sales lot. He was honest and showed integrity. We completed the sale… within 2.5 hours not bad. Justin unfortunately is a Suns fan my wife said that they were going to loose 1st game and Lakers were going to get the "W". That was the case. We would like Justin to be recognized for this sale.

  • Oil change

    I took my Yukon for an oil change and the price in the service area was for $99.00 for an 8 qt oil change,When talking wiht the service rep he advised me I needed 10 qts due to having a 6.2 litre and there would be an additional cost of… approx $20.00. I paid the bill and picked up the vehicle and once I arrived home I looked at the bill and the vehicile only took 8 pts not 10 as advised.Called service to discuss the overcharge and was sent to service manager voicemail. I left a message regarding this and my call was never returned. I will not go back as not only was a scammed out of $20.00, they did not even return my call. The GMC dealer was $89.00 for the same service on a 6.2 right beside them in Gilbert when I called to inquire.

  • TIRE ROTATION AND RECALL ON CHEVY BOLT

    Dropping the car off was pretty quick. Picking it up took longer than I would of liked. They were understaffed at the time I was there for pick up. Because they were understaffed the rep didn't walk around the car with me after the work… was done. I didn't notice the kid car seats were in the hatch till I was driving. I thought I had the wrong car for a minute. First tire rotation and inspection was free.
