I recently had my Traverse's oil changed at a AutoNation Gilbert, and while the wait was longer than anticipated, Ivan provided excellent customer service at the end of the process. He made sure I was taken care of and answered all of my questions. Overall, I would recommend the dealership for their quality service and dedication to customer satisfaction.
