Dealership Service Review
I have brought my car into this service department several times for an oil change and misc. other services. I can honestly say that I had not pre-purchased the oil change package, I would never go back. The last time I was there I had conversations with the Service Manager Gary about all of the issues I have had with his department. My last appointment was canceled without informing me and when I did get my truck in, they were not able to have a leveling kit installed after I was promised. He apologized to me, gave me a quote for discounted services and promised to call me the next Monday to schedule. He did not call and I have tried to contact him 4 times leaving 3 messages with no call back. I don't believe as a customer I should have to work this hard to give my money to a organization. Don't waste your time. Seek service elsewhere.
