Good service but took way too long
by LukeTnAZ on 04/08/2023I made an appointment for 8:30am to get my tires taken off, placed in new factory rims, and put back on the car. It took nearly 6 hours to get the simple job that should’ve taken an hour to get done. I was sitting there waiting the entire… time as I didn’t make plans to leave since I had an early appointment and assumed it would be short. Any tire shop could have done the job. I learned very quickly (or slowly I guess) that an appointment first thing in the morning does not mean they will be working on your car anytime soon. They did good work, but I guess it should be good when it takes six times longer than necessary to do.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Recall issue should have been covered
by Adri534 on 03/30/2023Had to leave my car at the shop “in line” just to get diagnosed. The issue should’ve been covered under recall but the person who is in charge of deciding whether or not to cover it decided not to. I was told by GM customer er service… (phone) that if it was a recalled issue, it would be covered. That’s the only reason I took my car to the dealership. I was quoted 1.5 hrs labor and a waived diagnostic fee. Rafael tried to charge the diagnostic fee & 2 hrs of labor when my car was ready and I had to remind him what he had already quoted. Customer Service offered to try to get me some cash assistance but never followed up any of my calls. I should never have had this many issues. My car was also obviously left outside in the rain and was covered in dirt…couldn’t even rinse my car. Horrible.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Typical Used Car Salesman

They don’t give you any of their information and try their best to withhold information in order to get themselves the best commission. After Adnan avoided my calls for a week… I finally got him to amend my agreement to not include the warranty but he said he couldn’t print the form with the final details regarding payment amount and interest rate, stating that it would be the same interest rate I initially signed for and a payment of around 785 a month. I just got my forms from the credit union and the monthly payment is more than what he said. He was very deceptive in his tactics and lack of sincerity and transparency.Hi, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. A Long Wait

Once the bent push rod was diagnosed it took another 2 weeks to repair. A total of 24 days to get my vehicle.
