  • The worst dealership ever.

    They kept my car for near 4 weeks and did nothing to solve the battery over heating issue. Management gave an I don’t give [non-permissible content removed] attitude.

  • 3 hour oil change with appointment.

    Truck wasn't pulled back to shop for almost 2 hours. No one greets you when you get there. No service advisor assigned. No paperwork sent after appointment because he was too busy.

  • They didn’t even put the car back together!

    First off the service advisors we great, very professional and kept me updated over the 3 1/2 weeks my vehicle was in the shop. Unfortunately once I got the vehicle home it would not start and stay running longer than 10seconds as the mechanics forgot to properly reattach the intake causing the engine to stall out very quickly. This then threw another code causing the check engine light to stay on. Once I reattached and secure the intake I had to take the vehicle back to have the codes cleared and subsequently the engine light to shut back off.

  • Took car in to have the windows tinted

    I purchased my Chevy Bolt EUV from Autonation in Gilbert last year. The purchase price included window tint, but the car wasn't tinted prior to delivery. I called to schedule tint, and they were able to get it taken care of in a timely manner. I highly recommend Autonation of Gilbert.

  • Getting better, but a long way to go.

    I appreciate the fact that I had my LOF, tire rotation, and wipers replaced in an hour! My major concern was the noise coming from the drivers side tires/wheels. when told the technician checked the bearings and brakes and found nothing wrong, that was it. When I was a mechanic, I would have raised up the vehicle, had a helper listen as i engaged the drive and listened for the noise, at least gone on a road test. Neither happened. I was told i would have to take my vehicle elsewhere for several days to be checked out. No what i wanted. Also to be told of services needed after my vehicle was moved to the drive for pick up is a little old fashioned. Should have done it when the vehicle was in the service bay.

  • Corvette oil change

    I took my 2019 Corvette Grand Sport in for an oil change. I did not have an appointment, however, Ivan Retana Santos greeted me and was very professional and got me in and got my oil changed. It was a very professional experience thanks to Ivan. I will definitely come back because of him and his personality and how he took care of me and answered my questions. This was the first time in three years of ownership of my Corvette using the dealership Service Department for service on my car because I don't usually trust the dealership due to previous horrible experiences. This experience was great though, thank you.

  • Crappy Communication & Poor Customer Service

    I scheduled a next-day appointment with Auto Nation Gilbert Chevrolet and found out upon my arrival that my car wouldn't be looked at until "mid-late next week." When I asked if I could leave with my car and bring it back when there was time for it to be looked at, I was told it needed to be "in line." It is the year 2023. My car should be capable of being "in line" online. I ended up being without my vehicle for over a week before it was even looked at. When I tried communicating with my service representative to get updates, I got very delayed responses or no responses at all. Additionally, when I tried contacting anyone else at the dealership, it was a nightmare trying to get ahold of anyone in the service department. They have no answering service, so you are just continually looped around until the call disconnects.
