Crappy Communication & Poor Customer Service

I scheduled a next-day appointment with Auto Nation Gilbert Chevrolet and found out upon my arrival that my car wouldn't be looked at until "mid-late next week." When I asked if I could leave with my car and bring it back when there was time for it to be looked at, I was told it needed to be "in line." It is the year 2023. My car should be capable of being "in line" online. I ended up being without my vehicle for over a week before it was even looked at. When I tried communicating with my service representative to get updates, I got very delayed responses or no responses at all. Additionally, when I tried contacting anyone else at the dealership, it was a nightmare trying to get ahold of anyone in the service department. They have no answering service, so you are just continually looped around until the call disconnects.
