Busy but courteous

The service tech listened well, understood and took my vehicle to have it… checked out. They found the problem and fixed it. Extended warranty

They got a bad catalytic converter code which they determined was a false code and required all injectors to be replaced at Honda cost. Hard to get in touch with!
by TajGramma on 08/07/2023I recently moved to the Phoenix area and the AutoNation Honda dealership was highly recommended over the other Honda dealer in the area mainly due to inability to get in touch with anyone in the service area and especially service advisors.… I received a recall notice on my Honda Passport so I tried calling and calling and calling. I would be put in the queue and would be 3, 4, or 5 in the queue so I opted for a call back. Did this 4 times and NEVER a call back. One time was number 1 in the queue and sat on hold for 34 minutes. So in frustration I went to the dealership in person. What a difference! A young man heard my story and got me a service advisors card. I called and left a message. Brian returned my call with an hour and from there things got much better quickly! Made an appointment, came in and dropped my car off. Because it was going to be a long repair, I opted for their shuttle service- which is great for those without any other means of transportation. The shuttle driver was extremely nice. So what started out as a poor customer service event turned out extremely well. I will be returning to AutoNation for my future maintenance.Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us feedback. Mike estimated it would be at least 2.5 hours to finish the service. I dropped off me… vehicle at 9:15 and my vehicle wasn’t finished until 2:15. I felt like it took way to long for the service to be completed. The only recommendation I would have, is to streamline the steps and time after the agreement to the delivery of the… vehicle. That was TOO long. When delivering the CRV, they put in a bay to cool off while we waited for the paperwork to be completed. I have always had wonderful experiences with the Service Advisors at this location. My recent… service, although not pleasant due to my A/C evap core failing with less than 16k miles on my vehicle, was made a bit less painful as my Service Advisor, Michael Culbertson, was helpful and understood what a terrible position I was in with this repair. I was able to use a service coupon to assist me in the cost, which I was grateful for. Michael was professional in all aspects and very kind. Horrible experience

From forgotten documents to unreturned calls, the only thing I felt this dealership cared about was taking my money. Ruined the buying… experience for me and my family.
