Busy but courteous

Made an appointment online which always makes me nervous. They were definitely expecting me, nice surprise. I was there because of a concern not a definite issue. The service tech listened well, understood and took my vehicle to have it checked out. They found the problem and fixed it. There were lots of vehicles in that day and I know they didn't know what they were getting into, so the fact that they were able to get it taken care of same day was great.
