Dealership Service Review
I recently moved to the Phoenix area and the AutoNation Honda dealership was highly recommended over the other Honda dealer in the area mainly due to inability to get in touch with anyone in the service area and especially service advisors. I received a recall notice on my Honda Passport so I tried calling and calling and calling. I would be put in the queue and would be 3, 4, or 5 in the queue so I opted for a call back. Did this 4 times and NEVER a call back. One time was number 1 in the queue and sat on hold for 34 minutes. So in frustration I went to the dealership in person. What a difference! A young man heard my story and got me a service advisors card. I called and left a message. Brian returned my call with an hour and from there things got much better quickly! Made an appointment, came in and dropped my car off. Because it was going to be a long repair, I opted for their shuttle service- which is great for those without any other means of transportation. The shuttle driver was extremely nice. So what started out as a poor customer service event turned out extremely well. I will be returning to AutoNation for my future maintenance.
