I have been a customer of Honda AutoNation Chandler, AZ for many years. I have purchased and serviced my last two vehicles at this location. I have always had wonderful experiences with the Service Advisors at this location. My recent service, although not pleasant due to my A/C evap core failing with less than 16k miles on my vehicle, was made a bit less painful as my Service Advisor, Michael Culbertson, was helpful and understood what a terrible position I was in with this repair. I was able to use a service coupon to assist me in the cost, which I was grateful for. Michael was professional in all aspects and very kind. Billie Viggiano Phoenix, AZ
