    Mark with Lexus of Mobile has always insured my appointments are prepped with a loaner car at the ready and with any update on required maintenance provided in advance. Mark also keeps me posted regarding any future recommendations for care of the GX 460 as we wrap up. Thx for an easy service experience as usual. Keep up all the good work you guys do! This car is bullet proof.

  • Lack of customer service

    The actual quality of service on my car to install OEM wheels and new tires was fine. It’s the consultant, DJ, that I’m not satisfied with the level of customer service. I pointed out a huge error of almost $900 in erroneous charges. DJ apologized, but never bothered to take care of refunding me the difference nor communicated with me of the status while I have to follow up with him. He also wanted to charge me to replace my battery on top of it which would be another $500 in erroneous charges. Luckily, I caught him on time and informed him I never requested for my battery to be replaced because I replaced my battery 8 months ago. He apologized. Lastly, I informed DJ to have the mechanics dispose of my old tires and only leave my wheels in the car. I came in to have Lexus service by installing OEM my wheels and CrossClimate2 tires installed. Normally, he’s a good consultant and I have no idea what happened this time. I’m still working with them to resolve this huge error in overcharging me. I will call the supervisor next if it’s not resolved and ultimately dispute the charges thru my credit card. However, this shouldn’t be this cat and mouse game. It’s inexcusable.

    It’s a pretty good dealership, As in business like these bottom line profit. Customer service a little down the line. I sincerely do not like what management did to my Service manager. If I could, I would follow my service manager to a new dealership

  • Battery Exchange Disaster!

    DJ, Service Consultant, was very kind and courteous. However, I went to exchange a battery that was under warranty. I could not do it at the parts department. We had to go to a service consultant and had to wait an entire hour just to have the batter tested, (My son was carrying the battery the entire time.) The price of the new battery was more than the original battery even though I had a warranty and should have paid 50%. No work was performed but I was very disappointed with the price of the battery.

    I don’t have a Lexus dealership in my town so I drive over an hour to take my car to Lexus of Mobile. I recently experienced a car problem while 8 hours drive from home. I took my ES350 to two different places who both told me I needed very expensive car repair. I contacted my service advisor Stan Moore told him the symptoms and what the walk-in service center had diagnosed as the cause (a new alternator was needed). Stan assured me the problem was most likely the battery going bad but it was safe to drive the car home. He told me the major thing to look for while driving. I made it safely home; had the battery replaced and took the car to Lexus of Mobile. Stan had a diagnostic test run on the alternator which proved to be operating fine. His action and advice is the mark of a Lexus service advisor who cares about the customer and not trying to run up charges. I keep driving an hour plus to Lexus of Mobile because of the honest service I receive. My vehicle is 15 years old and Stan Moore has been the best service advisor I have ever been assigned. Stan Moore is Lexus of Mobile to me.

    We received a call letting us know that our car was due for service. She was polite and very helpful. We were greeted by a young man after we parked our car. He looked the car over and asked us what we needed to be done. He asked for the key and walked us to the office of our service manager. There was a slight mixup but that service manager took down our information and told us who our service manager was and told us that he would be talking to us soon. He also asked us if we needed water or anything and directed us to the lounge where we would wait. Our service manager Mark, came to greet us and let us know that our car is being serviced and reiterated what services would be done as told by the previous sales manager. **Thoughtful all of them** I only wish I remembered everyones name. That is my fault.
