Dealership Service Review
The actual quality of service on my car to install OEM wheels and new tires was fine. It’s the consultant, DJ, that I’m not satisfied with the level of customer service. I pointed out a huge error of almost $900 in erroneous charges. DJ apologized, but never bothered to take care of refunding me the difference nor communicated with me of the status while I have to follow up with him. He also wanted to charge me to replace my battery on top of it which would be another $500 in erroneous charges. Luckily, I caught him on time and informed him I never requested for my battery to be replaced because I replaced my battery 8 months ago. He apologized. Lastly, I informed DJ to have the mechanics dispose of my old tires and only leave my wheels in the car. I came in to have Lexus service by installing OEM my wheels and CrossClimate2 tires installed. Normally, he’s a good consultant and I have no idea what happened this time. I’m still working with them to resolve this huge error in overcharging me. I will call the supervisor next if it’s not resolved and ultimately dispute the charges thru my credit card. However, this shouldn’t be this cat and mouse game. It’s inexcusable.
