Dealership Service Review
I don’t have a Lexus dealership in my town so I drive over an hour to take my car to Lexus of Mobile. I recently experienced a car problem while 8 hours drive from home. I took my ES350 to two different places who both told me I needed very expensive car repair. I contacted my service advisor Stan Moore told him the symptoms and what the walk-in service center had diagnosed as the cause (a new alternator was needed). Stan assured me the problem was most likely the battery going bad but it was safe to drive the car home. He told me the major thing to look for while driving. I made it safely home; had the battery replaced and took the car to Lexus of Mobile. Stan had a diagnostic test run on the alternator which proved to be operating fine. His action and advice is the mark of a Lexus service advisor who cares about the customer and not trying to run up charges. I keep driving an hour plus to Lexus of Mobile because of the honest service I receive. My vehicle is 15 years old and Stan Moore has been the best service advisor I have ever been assigned. Stan Moore is Lexus of Mobile to me.
