Dealership Service Review
We received a call letting us know that our car was due for service. She was polite and very helpful. We were greeted by a young man after we parked our car. He looked the car over and asked us what we needed to be done. He asked for the key and walked us to the office of our service manager. There was a slight mixup but that service manager took down our information and told us who our service manager was and told us that he would be talking to us soon. He also asked us if we needed water or anything and directed us to the lounge where we would wait. Our service manager Mark, came to greet us and let us know that our car is being serviced and reiterated what services would be done as told by the previous sales manager. **Thoughtful all of them** I only wish I remembered everyones name. That is my fault.
