Battery Exchange Disaster!

onDJ, Service Consultant, was very kind and courteous. However, I went to exchange a battery that was under warranty. I could not do it at the parts department. We had to go to a service consultant and had to wait an entire hour just to have the batter tested, (My son was carrying the battery the entire time.) The price of the new battery was more than the original battery even though I had a warranty and should have paid 50%. No work was performed but I was very disappointed with the price of the battery.
