Dishonest and disgusted
by DownwithHN on 03/14/2024Bought my son his first pickup truck. There were a few things wrong with it that Honda Nation put in writing would be fixed. They did not do it. We took it back to have it fixed again. It didn’t even make it home by the time the same… problem popped back up. Now their answer is that it will have to be an “out of pocket” expenditure to fix it as we bought it “as is”. Even though it is in writing that they would take care of the issue. They lied, I feel cheated and will let as many people as I can as a head mechanic with a large company, to NEVER do business with them as they are crooked!Hi, we regret your experience with us here, but are glad you brought this to our attention. Follow-up after purchase was quite poor

The general manager did not bring up Honda's 4.9% low interest loans. He only suggested his in house 8.9% interest loan. If… we hadn't done our own research, we would have been stuck at a higher rate. Wanted a Hatchback, Got a Hatchback
by Lexi L S on 01/10/2024Going into buying a car I had three very specific vehicles that I was looking for either used or new, new seemed to be out of touch for me since I’ve never purchased a new vehicle before but AutoNation Honda made that possible. Being the… third dealership I had been to and not counting the endless hours I spent into researching and finding the style, make, model of car that I wanted it was honestly pretty exhausting to try to talk to yet another sales rep and explain what I wanted, the price range, the features, but they delivered. Hunter was extremely nice, friendly, and well in the end made the seemingly impossible happen. I got a brand new vehicle, my top choice and exactly what I wanted. Everyone there was incredibly nice and personable. Everyone we talked to knew their stuff, knew about their cars and if they didn’t, they were honest and found someone in their dealership who knew the answer to our questions. I hate over professionalism personally; I understand their job and their incentive to sell but being regular people and treating us like regular people made the experience all the more fantastic. Hands down beats the other dealership I went to when asking for a very specific hatchback and being shown and offered mid and large SUV’s that I had absolutely no interest in. That was a huge waste of my time and AutoNation Honda wasted none of my time picking out my top two cars they had available and taking them for a test drive. Upfront pricing

Knowledgeable and Fair

It was at the time being serviced to actually put on the lot and Sam went out of his way to help us out. He showed us another vehicle (that was an older… year but in great shape and exactly what we were looking for. Sam was more intent on getting us the vehicle we wanted/needed regardless of price tag. Everything about the process was easy. Non-pressure which we appreciated. I had also been in before a couple of months earlier to test drive several different vehicles. I received the same great customer service then. Smooth running operation with a lot of options and the ability to access more options if they didn't have what you were looking for. Also, pricing was fair (compared to bluebook and other vehicles out there) and on point for the vehicle. I had the car towed to Honda Autonation & it was repaired in a few days. Overcharged
