Low pressure. Hunter had the answers to all of our questions. His knowledge of the cars he is selling in top notch. The general manager did not bring up Honda's 4.9% low interest loans. He only suggested his in house 8.9% interest loan. If we hadn't done our own research, we would have been stuck at a higher rate. You might sell more cars if your people would offer the best rates that are available to everyone.
