Upfront pricing

I appreciate the upfront pricing for auto repair and the friendly staff behind the counter. They are not pushy. I left off one star because I've been told multiple occasions they don't have a shuttle service but last week a shuttle driver picked me up and said he's been doing this for quit3 some time.
