We went in to see a 2021 Honda Pilot that had just arrived on the lot (saw it online). It was at the time being serviced to actually put on the lot and Sam went out of his way to help us out. He showed us another vehicle (that was an older year but in great shape and exactly what we were looking for. Sam was more intent on getting us the vehicle we wanted/needed regardless of price tag. Everything about the process was easy. Non-pressure which we appreciated. I had also been in before a couple of months earlier to test drive several different vehicles. I received the same great customer service then. Smooth running operation with a lot of options and the ability to access more options if they didn't have what you were looking for. Also, pricing was fair (compared to bluebook and other vehicles out there) and on point for the vehicle. Again, great friendly service and care.
