    If you're shopping for a new vehicle I would absolutely direct you to Michael Martin. The guy goes above and beyond to make sure your buying experience from AutoNation exceeds expectations. He was kind enough to fix the windshield wiper on my car, and even answered an after-hours text when I remembered some items I forgot in my trade. Not only did he grab that item the next day, he also found a few other treasures I had forgotten about. So thankful for his thoroughness! He also was no pressure, knowledgable about the vehicle, and a joy to chat with while paperwork was being generated. I also found his manager, Gary, to be warm and welcoming. There is a reason the guy has received one of Chevrolet's awards. The finance department was adequate. They made sure to go through all package options available, and was efficient with the paperwork. I found my finance person to be a bit abrasive after I declined all of the options, and a bit hurried. Not the best experience I've had, but also not the worst.

    I brought my Equinox in for an oil change and to complete the 50,000 mile check up. I was greeted with smiles and efficiency. The work was done in a timely manner. When I was paying someone brought my car up to the door so I did not have to walk across the icy parking lot.

    I purchased a brand new truck a few months back and the head rest stitching is failing. This dealership has yet to fix it and keeps giving me the run around!

    I took my truck in today for a recall. This was my first visit because I normally use a competitor across the street where I have been going for decades. Even though this was for recall work, so they weren't making any money off of me, their customer service was excellent and they got the job done quickly. While I was waiting, I was very impressed by their friendly, courteous treatment of other customers as well. Although a couple of those customers were obviously not happy about having to be there, the staff was very courteous and respectful. I would not hesitate to bring my vehicles to Autonation in the future.

    My wife and I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealer. Nolen Welch was our sales person and we wanted to acknowledge the outstanding job he did. He was knowledgeable about the vehicle we wanted. Nolen was friendly and courteous, answering all our questions. We especially appreciated the no pressure approach he took with us. He allowed us all the time we wanted to make our decision and when we did decide he moved the process along in a timely manner, keeping us informed of what was going on. All in all, Nolen made our experience very positive. We would definitely buy from Nolen again. 5 stars!

    Our salesman was terrific and I wouldn't mind dealing with him again. I can't say much for the financing dept. After I was told that I was approved and drove the car out of the lot, they called a few days later and gave me a song and dance about the financing company wanting more money, like 2000 dollars more down. They went directly into asking me how much more I can put down. My take on this issue was that the person that dealt with the financing part of the deal probably screwed up and tried me to make me pay for it. You don't tell a customer that they are approved then come back and ask for more money. I will never again deal with these people.

Both the sales representative and the sales manager have treated me and my family extremely well and that is why I continue to come back to the dealership. It is amazing how the technology gets better and better with each new year model. Thoroughly enjoying driving my Silverado in town and off road.

    John Bucknell!!!!! That's the guy to go ask for!! I been watching a Mustng Gt on their lot for 2 months AT LEAST!! CALLED John to inquire about it, he said they still had it. So I told him I'd be down there in a week to come get it. Well a week turned to 3 weeks. John. Emailed me a week before I could make it down there to tell me someone had sold that Mustang!! Bummer!! Well a few days later John called me and said the deal with the Mustang had fell through and the Mustang was up for grabs!👍👍 ......... Guess who grabbed it 😎😎😎 YOU ARE THE MAN JOHN. THANKS FOR YOU HARD WORK!!

    I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Volt from AutoNation and had a very outstanding experience from start to finish. I was able to chat online about the car I was interested in, schedule a time to come test drive the car, the salesman I worked with was very knowledgeable about the car and rebates and incentives available, and there was no pressure to buy. I had to wait a couple of days after my initial test drive for my dad to be released from the hospital to make sure he was comfortable riding in the car, and Bill (salesman) let us take another test drive. All of the employees I dealt with at AutoNation during my car buying process were very friendly and low pressure. Best of all, I love the car I bought!
