Bait & switch
by Jamie P on 12/01/2024I agree with the prior review that it’s all bait and switch. I drove very far out of my way to check out an online deal at an advertised price. They did know which vehicle I was referring to. After I declined the upsales (extended warranty,… prepaid service, etc ) I was told that the online deal was only for people that accepted the upsells otherwise they loose money - meaning the upsells were not worth the cost. I told them I went far out of my way expecting to buy a Jeep at the price advertised and could do so with cash or financing. The salesman Zachariah “Zac” Amoura also gave me inaccurate information about the vehicle. He told me the electric range was 30 miles (it’s 21 on the Jeep website) and that hybrid mode gets more than 50mpg (it’s 49, but FFS know your sh*t). I already knew at that point I was not comfortable handing over $60K to this dealership. In the end their “final offer” was $10,000 more than the advertised price. I took screen shots of everything and photos of the documents they briefly showed me. Ended up with the same advertised deal from a Jeep dealer closer to me when I showed them a few hours later. Honestly I would have paid more had they respected my time. I’m happy to report a different dealer got my business. Do your homework. Maybe waste their time but don’t let them waste yours.Rairdons Kirkland bait and switch!
by KBDW on 11/03/2024I was offered a car they didn't have. I accepted, and put money down on a different car with the assurance that it would be "perfect". Definitely not the case. Exhaust issues, dead battery, worn out tires, broken windshield, and many dents… and other cosmetic damage. I was told the mechanical and cosmetic issues would be fixed. Not so. I had to return multiple times for repairs and was given the run around by both sales and service. In one case I was actually told the problem was my imagination. I give up. These people need some lessons in honesty and customer service.Awesome experience

But these guys deliberately hid a major imperfection until after I finished the paperwork and even then continued to deny… or take responsibility for a cure. Never will I buy from this group again!They do all the hard work for you

by Tellthetruth on 02/06/2019When I inquired about purchasing the jeep wrangler I was given three different sales people & I never understood why. The third sales person was very good. The finance department is awful. Terribly rude service and they used a company I… didn't even want to use to finance my loan, at a higher interest rate. I asked repeatedly for a specific credit union & was told by salesman #2 that they did in fact use my credit union so it wouldn't be a problem. They funded the loan days before I even took possession of the jeep OR signed the loan papers so I had no say in how the loan was funded and with whom. There were other problems with the deal & I am still waiting to see if they send my license plates & license fee overpayment refund to the correct address. This issue could not seem to be fixed within their office. My takeaway from this deal: great price on the Jeep, shady financial practices & total disregard of customer service. Advice would be to have financing in order before the purchase if you use this dealership.Not to be trusted

He spent a lot of time showing us the different jeeps and even driving us to the other lot to check out inventory. When we did… purchase one, he was very helpful in showing us all the newer features. This is my second Jeep from Rairdon's of Kirkland and I will return if we have more sales guys like Michael.Rairdon made it right.

I was going to a competitor to pay more but this Rairdon Jeep of Kirkland won me back. I want to thank Kevin Graham, Abdul Mansour,… Matt Leavitt and Rob Robbins for making things right. I won't lie, I had an issue the first time I tried to purchase my new 2018 Grand Cherokee Limited so I left unhappy. Kevin responded to me right away and I came back a couple days later to see how they were going to make it right. True to their word, Kevin and Abdul put a deal in front of me that was more than fair. They didn't have to do it and they regained my trust and loyalty. This is the 4th Jeep I bought at Rairdon Jeep of Kirkland and I will do it again...next year for my daughter. Thank you, Kevin and team. I will not forget all your efforts to winning me back.Easy process

We were greeted the next morning with a completely dead battery. It appeared the battery was… different and the battery we have looked at at the dealership. We had to purchase a new battery. When we tried to notify the dealership we got the run around for multiple days. We could not get a hold of a manager at all. After finally getting a hold of a manager we were sent on a goose chase to another person and another person. When I was finally the farmers check it was never sent. Truly a disappointment in this dealership and will never do business with them again.New car
