Rairdon's Dodge Chrysler Jeep of Kirkland

I was offered a car they didn't have. I accepted, and put money down on a different car with the assurance that it would be "perfect". Definitely not the case. Exhaust issues, dead battery, worn out tires, broken windshield, and many dents and other cosmetic damage. I was told the mechanical and cosmetic issues would be fixed. Not so. I had to return multiple times for repairs and was given the run around by both sales and service. In one case I was actually told the problem was my imagination. I give up. These people need some lessons in honesty and customer service.
