    I came in Black Friday and the team was absolutely amazing. They were crazy busy but they made sure to check up on their customers and offered anything to make us comfortable. Everyone from service to sales to finance were amazing! Super helpful, I got great service and an awesome car!

    I had my daughter with me each time I wanted to see options and figure out what to buy. He was super accommodating, knew everything about the cars, had them ready for test driving before I showed. He made the experience.

    I walked into Rairdon's of Kirkland and asked to speak with its sales manager. I gave him a Ram build of the truck I wanted (off of the Ram website) and a copy of the original window sticker from the Ram truck that I wanted to use as a trade-in. I also told him that my truck had 30,000 miles on it, and that I was willing to pay $15,000 cash in addition to my trade-in for the new truck. He told me that I needed to talk with a salesman, and that salesman then referred me to a second salesman. He took my written materials and promptly went back to confer with the sales manager. "Give us 5-10 minutes to work the numbers," he said. A half an hour later (after waiting in the midst of numbers of people running around, with nobody willing to look me in the eye, and music blasting forth), he came back. "We can't do it for $15,000." To which I replied, "What can you sell me the truck for? And how much are you willing to allow me for my trade-in?" "I don't have those numbers," he said. "Well, how do you know that $15,000 won't work then?" "No, the difference is greater than $15,000." "By how much?" How much do you want for the truck and how much are you willing to allow me as a trade-in?" "Well, I don't have those numbers." I walked in with total transparency, what I had, what I wanted, and what I was willing to pay. And all I got after half an hour & the salesman and sales manager's working over their prices for the half an hour was "That won't work --- we can't do it." If I ran my business like these guys ran their business with me, I would not be in business for long. "Hide the ball" is no way to run a business. If I could give Rairdon's of Kirkland no stars, I would.

    I would have to agree with the other one-star reviews and urge you not to do business at Rairdon Jeep in Kirkland. I bought a new Jeep and got $4,000 on my trade in, told they had no option but to wholesale the car. Two days later I saw it for sale at Rairdon's for $15,992. Nothing will kill the joy of buying a new car than discovering that you have been ripped off on your trade in. I got stuck with Zizi Rachid as my sales person. Her job is simple. Internet sales and ripping off people on their trade in. How can you tell if Zizi is lying about your trade in value? It's easy. Her lips will be moving. If you want a truly hellish car buying experience with that hangover of a feeling that you have been ripped off, then Rairdon Jeep in Kirkland is the place for you.

    We went in planning to purchase an older model jeep but found a fairly newer model for a very reasonable price. Jack was wonderful to work with and there was no sales pressure at all. Once we decided to purchase our vehicle the process went smoothly and relatively quickly and that was a very pleasant surprise as well.

    I bought a used vehicle, and within less then a week it was determined that the battery was out of date and would not hold a charge (stranded me a couple of times). Since the battery was "tested and checked" as a part of the dealership's pre-sale-inspection however it was either not checked or checked and they figured no one would notice. A new battery was quoted at $250+/- but it ended up costing me $155.00 since they did agree to pay half. There inability to perform an honest and thorough pre-sale-check should not cost the buyer. Again not an honest dealership and there "word" means little.

    Even though no appointments are necessary for an oil change I always make one because of my schedule. However I wasn't going to be able to make mine for the 1st oil change on my new Cherokee. When I called Meaghan to let her know and ask about coming in the next day she was happy to help me and let me know is was not a problem. The next morning I pull in, drop of my keys and head to work. About 1:30 I get an email saying the oil change is done and heading to detail, it should be ready by 4. An hour later I receive another email saying it is done and ready for pick up. Great service and communication. Will definitely be back.

    We purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee, and has a very solid experience. We went in with a specific price in mind, and after letting that be know, Gary the salesman was great about working with us to get what we wanted.

    I came in with bery little time to just browse the new inventory. Wow! These two guys, one new & one seasoned, really hustled to get me quickly into a car to test drive & get a trade-in quote. All within 30 minutes!! The next day they called back & spent all kinds of time on the phone answering every question I had. And when I asked for hard numbers? I got a call back in 10 minutes and here I am now, a pleasant 4 hours later getting ready to drive my new purple Jeep Wrangler home! Just great service from every angle.

    Stephen Bruneau and the dealership made driving from Port Angeles , (3 hrs) crossing the Edmonds ferry and traveling to Kirkland well worth our time . Great Sales guy , great dealership and would recommend everybody purchase a car from here. Probably the Easiest car shopping experience in the 55 yrs I have been alive

  • Worst car buying experience ever!

    My wife and I purchased a new 2017 Pacifica from Rairdon's in Kirkland. The experience in the dealer the night we bought the van was fine - what followed was not. A month passed and we had not heard anything about our loan, knowing full well we both have great credit there was no reason a loan wouldn't be approved. A week before our first payment was due we still didn't have our loan info. The dealer called us to come in and revise some paper work to save us some money. Great! But should this really be happening 5 business days before payment #1 is due? No! Rairdon's said they would make the first payment for us so we wouldn't be late and we would pay them back, not ideal but ok. Fast forward to 10 days after payment #1 is due and my wife is receiving calls for her first payment. This helped us get our loan info finally, however Rairdon's never made the payment! After 2 or 3 weeks of emails and calls I finally went into the dealer asking for a check for the first payment and demanding they eat the cost due to the headaches they caused. Another issue during this buying experience, our temporary tags expired before our license plates came in. I called hoping to get new temp tags but nothing ever mounted from that - not even a call back. My wife drove around for 3 days without valid tags before the plates came in. I was reluctant to buy from this deal to begin with. We'd take our Jeep in for service on one occasion and they returned the car to my wife with the hood popped that she did not notice for 3 days! I hoped the buying experience would be better given it's a different department from service but I was wrong. Save yourself some time and avoid some major headaches by avoiding this dealer!

    Gary took time to find vehicles as close to my search criteria as possible until I selected “the one”! Great price according to CarGurus.com! After the sale, I’ve had a few follow up phone calls from some of the Rairdon of Kirkland staff to verify my satisfaction and offer any assistance that may be needed. THANKS Again!

    I purchased a Dodge challenger. It has most everything that I would want and other items I would not request because I am too practical of a person. I am very pleased to have these added options in my new car. The purchase process was comfortable and I believe that I received a fair price.

    Super friendly and helpful right from the get go. Went in not really knowing what I wanted but they were so helpful and took the time to show me a number of vehicles. I loved that there was no pressure and they let me test drive each vehicle I was interested in. Normally you feel like dealerships are just trying to get the most they can out of you. With rairdon, I felt they were truly looking out for my best interest and wanted me to walk away happy with an awesome deal. To top it off I got an awesome price on my trade in. Special thanks to Matt (salesman) , Vince (sales manager) , Nate (financing) and Joseph the (delivery manager). Everyone was awesome!!! Obsessed with my new jeep!!! Thanks guys!!!

    Our sales person, Alma, was very sweet, gracious and low pressure. All the personnel at the dealership were professional and curious. Very clean lot and showroom. This dealership sells an incredible volume of cars.

    I found a car listed on Craigslist and submitted an inquiry as I had been looking for this car for a while. Gary promptly contacted me and informed me it was available to test drive. I live about 1.5hrs away and as such didn't want to make the drive if the car had already been sold. Working with Gary felt like working with a friend. There was very low pressure to buy and a very relaxed and helpful atmosphere. Gary was very knowledgeable and patient and was able to answered all my questions (even the dumb ones). This was definitely a more pleasant car buying experience than I had expected. Thanks!

    This is the first time we have ever purchased a vehicle from Rairdon's but we will definitely be recommending to friends and family. Romar made the experience great not pushy,was patient while we test drove several vehicle, and was great with our kids. I would highly recommend that you request Romar if you're going to buy a vehicle.

    Went in to look as I have been toying around with the idea of a new vehicle. Austin helped me out. He was very patient with me as I asked tons of questions. I test drove a couple different models. I will definitely buy a vehicle from Austin. I'm still undecided even with all of Austin's help answering every question and showing me several different vehicles.
