by gm7472103 on 02/10/2017I inquired online about trading in a car and getting a Jeep. Rich Regan answered my inquiry and I headed in. Rich was very patient and worked with me through a lot. I was able to test drive several different models. I didnt think the deal… was likely to happen walking in the dealership but I drove out in a new car a few hours later. After I left I decided I wanted a different model with a bigger engine. I drove back in and they put me in the one I wanted. They beat the best interest rate I was expecting by more than half! Very capable dealership!Went to the right place!

by merrirae on 02/07/2017Went on Chat to discuss possible inventory. then moved conversation over to e-mail. Set a date and time to come to the dealership to look at vehicles that fit our needs. From the time of arrival to the dealership to the time financing… was finished and we drove off of the lot with our certified used vehicle, it was only 3 hours and 15 min. Most of that time was trying to make a decision on what would be the best option to fit our needs and test driving vehicles. Stephen with Internet Sales was AWESOME!! I must admit the finance associate was rather aggressive when I declined the extended warranty (3) times.… I have purchased multiple cars, and I dread the finance aspect because of this tactic. Overall a great experience though .Great place to buy!!!

We shopped the market on our last Jeep, but the sales guy Austin, gave us no reason to go… anywhere else. Finance took great care of us, the management took excellent care of us and the onboarding guy Joe showed my wife everything about the car. We really appreciate the follow-up service and call they gave us the next day. We love our new Grand Cherokee, as it looks great next to the Maserati we bought from them 9 months earlier. Thank you team, you made it easy and an enjoyable experience yet again.
