Lynnwood Honda takes care of my 2002 CRV
by JDawson on 04/05/2025I have had good experiences with this Honda dealership. I feel like they take care of their customers pretty well. There's a nice room where you can wait for your vehicle to be worked on. I always bring my computer and get some work done.… The customer care people do a good job of answering questions or getting answers from the mechanics if they need to. I've been going here for around 20 years.Awesome Service Advisors
by In Charge on 03/04/2025Thank you to Service Advisor, Kyle, I appreciate you kindly allowing me to use my service discount upon pickup. When I dropped off my vehicle, a different service advisor gave me a written quote, but as I signed the invoice I notice a… lower printed quote. When I inquired about the printed quote, the service advisor said, "no, just sign." On my way home, I checked my email, and notice a Lynnwood Honda email with a service discount. Then, I realized the print quote on the invoice was my discount amount. So make sure to check your email for service discount before dropping off your vehicle for service. Anyways, thanks to the auto tech, complimentary car wash staff and the other friendly staff members in the service dept. My vehicle runs great!Good and on time service.

They also helped me screw my license plate one without any additional charge. I would reccomend… waiting for an appointment to honda lynnwood rather than right away at marysville due to their helpful service and honesty.2015 Honda Accord Starter Issue

My car was scheduled for a routine maintenance appointment, and the work… was finished perfectly & promptly within the expected time frame & price. Kyle regularly kept me informed via text messages of the progress being made on my car. My family has been coming to Lynnwood Honda since 1977 because of the great service we get from their kind, thoughtful employees like Kyle. Thank you very, very much!Review

The services now takes longer on the average I’ve noticed (the reason I can’t really pertain to anything but maybe they should hire more manpower or… is it needing better departmental management?).GEN SET repair!
