Way too long a wait for service

Service and communication were lacking today. Five hour plus wait way too long. When have 10 am appt and finally leave 3pm ouch. Advisor fairly green and lacks commitment to service and people’s needs and not on top of it. Car was finished and sat outside and I was not notified. More training?33
