Thank you to Service Advisor, Kyle, I appreciate you kindly allowing me to use my service discount upon pickup. When I dropped off my vehicle, a different service advisor gave me a written quote, but as I signed the invoice I notice a lower printed quote. When I inquired about the printed quote, the service advisor said, "no, just sign." On my way home, I checked my email, and notice a Lynnwood Honda email with a service discount. Then, I realized the print quote on the invoice was my discount amount. So make sure to check your email for service discount before dropping off your vehicle for service. Anyways, thanks to the auto tech, complimentary car wash staff and the other friendly staff members in the service dept. My vehicle runs great!
