I’m new to this dealership. I brought my car in for servicing. I was instantly greeted even before getting to the door, and willingness to assist never stopped. Kai was my service representative and couldn’t have been more helpful. When Kai was out to lunch, someone else was right there to ask if I needed help. And when Kai came back from lunch, he immediately notified me he’d take care of my inquiry. I’m so glad I chose Lynnwood Honda.
