I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Mercedes-Benz in Bellevue, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. I worked with Nicholas in sales, and he was absolutely a joy to work with throughout the entire process. From the very beginning, Nicholas went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed. He sent me detailed videos of the car, and we communicated through texts and calls. Nicholas was always prompt in returning my messages and worked tirelessly to get me the best price possible. Thanks to his dedication and excellent customer service, I ended up purchasing a 2019 Jeep Rubicon with zero regrets. The entire experience was smooth and enjoyable, and I truly appreciate all the effort Nicholas put into making it happen.   • Repair broken fuel door flap mechanism

    Once we got the car there (via Mercedes Me app) the service people were quick and efficient. Without the app we were told (by whoever answered the phone) they could not see us for at least 10 days and it was crucial to us as we had zero fuel and no way of opening the faulty flap to fill up with gas! Still covered under warranty.

    I had the opportunity to work with Lorenzo Johnson and let me say, he is going to forever be my first choice!! Lorenzo genuinely cares about you & your vehicle.. He has so much patience!!! I recently built my own mercedes & he basically held my hand through the process & made sure everything went extremely smoothly. The day my baby came— I was SO EXCITED. The buying process was the easiest and quickest buy I have ever experienced. We were in and out of the dealership within 30 minutes… WOW!!!!!! Not an all day process?? UNHEARD OF! FIVE STARS ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Even after I left the dealership, Lorenzo was very attentive & checked in to make sure everything was going great!

  • Efficient process to trade my car for a new one.

    I visited the MB Bellevue to get the latest on PHEV/EV cars. Eventually, I ended up trading my car for a new one, same model. The Sales Associate I dealt with was very patient and guided me through a good way to structure the transaction. He efficiently responded to my "wish list", enabling me to close the deal. I'm very satisfied with the assistance I received and also with the variety of cars available at the dealership. Definitely I recommend to visit MB Bellevue if in need of a car.

    I've been to a handful of MB dealerships since acquiring my beloved 2014 GLK, and my recent service experience at Bellevue was by far the best. I've had mostly good experiences at other dealerships but this was an absolute standout, due in large part to my service advisor Jesus. But everyone I met (interacted with 3-4 other folks at reception, etc) was friendly and helpful.

  • Annual Service and Car Detailing

    The annual service and car detailing performed by Mercedes-Benz of Bellevue on our 2022 GLC300 was outstanding. The car looked showroom ready after the detailing, and was running perfectly after the annual service. As always, our service advisor, Wayne Thiessen, was right on top of our needs and made sure that the work was performed in a timely manner and that all service points were included and completed.

    MB Bellevue has one of the best service departments with awesome and knowledgeable people. I had so much troubles with MB of Lynnwood and their ugly attitude, and only thanks to MB Bellevue, I didn’t leave the brand.

    I went to the dealership looking at a used car. And I met Derek Einfalt my salesman. He was a great help. I drove the used car. We need to talk about price in the show room. The new car SL 63 and couldn’t help myself. I loved it. I salesman was very helpful. We are able to put a deal together and I bought the car. I’m very happy with the whole transaction.

    I look at this rating of a 5 as a reflection on the dealership overall and the sales person, however the main reason for the 5 rating is really due to the sales person - Gregg Prokop. The dealership overall is great too. I would give a 6 rating to Gregg if available. He sold me my first Mercedes three years ago, and I came back to purchase a car from him for my wife. Gregg is a professional and focuses on delivering the highest level of customer service, during the purchase process but more importantly after the process as well. He has been with the dealership for over 20 years. Buying a new car is always somewhat of a pain, however Gregg makes it as best as possible.

    I was late for my appointment and was assigned a new service advisor; Sheneta Dailey was a delight to work with. She listened to my concerns with my car and was incredibly timely and responsive via text. She also looked into my warranty and is helping me fix my cup holder. I highly recommend her and the Bellevue Mercedes dealership in the Seattle area. I drive out of my way to have my car serviced here.

    Generally, the experience was good, but the servicing was delayed, and I did not get the car the same day. I returned to the service center on the weekend to collect the vehicle.

  • Poor service

    Issues started at checkin. My service rep seemed busy, so someone else checked me in. U gave details about issues. Rep took notes. However, when my assigned rep contacted me, he apparently didn't know what was wrong with my car. I gave him the details. He then came back and didn't seem to remember what I told him. Plus they delayed looking at my car for several days. The excuse was that the shop was busy. After I declined the services due to astronomical prices they wanted to do via email, they stopped responding to me. Even after followed up via SMS, there was no response. Finally, when I picked up the car, they didn't do the courtesy vaccun and wash.. though the paperwork says that they did the wash and vacuum. Additionally, the car interior was dirtier than when I gave it to them, with sticky adhesive stuff on different parts of the dashboard. The car smells like someone was using it and smoked in it. The rep left one of the windows opened when he handed over to me, seemingly trying to air out the car. Generally a horrible experience.

  • Replacing a defective transmission of a newly purchased used vehicle.

    A very difficult , bad luck event for myself buying a beautiful car and then having to go through a TWO MONTH LONG PROCESS to get a replacement transmission, and be it a used transmission ! This was covered via an AUTO NATION 90 day warranty, but their process was very slow and made less than desireable by cutting cost corners, etc. At this time, myself or anybody cannot know if the resulting products replaced will be reliable and work out over time. Obviously, the certification screening process for this GLE was less than effective. This repair process was all performed via M.B. of Bellevue, Wa. and they were professional in all aspects, and my service advisor, Jesus was excellent to deal with (thank you).
