A very difficult , bad luck event for myself buying a beautiful car and then having to go through a TWO MONTH LONG PROCESS to get a replacement transmission, and be it a used transmission ! This was covered via an AUTO NATION 90 day warranty, but their process was very slow and made less than desireable by cutting cost corners, etc. At this time, myself or anybody cannot know if the resulting products replaced will be reliable and work out over time. Obviously, the certification screening process for this GLE was less than effective. This repair process was all performed via M.B. of Bellevue, Wa. and they were professional in all aspects, and my service advisor, Jesus was excellent to deal with (thank you).
