Repair broken fuel door flap mechanism

onOnce we got the car there (via Mercedes Me app) the service people were quick and efficient. Without the app we were told (by whoever answered the phone) they could not see us for at least 10 days and it was crucial to us as we had zero fuel and no way of opening the faulty flap to fill up with gas! Still covered under warranty.
