These guys are amazing. I’ve been purchasing for years, I purchased my son‘s first , daughter‘s car and my wife’s car and I’ve sent all my family and friends here because that’s just how they will treat you, like family. If it’s not on the… lot they will get it for you and it will be better than the one you wanted. No hassles and will give you the best deals.

Maggie made us feel like family, and really listened to our needs,… and found us the best suited vehicle at the best price around! Years later our 2014 toyota venza and 2017 volkswagen jetta have been working great w regular maintenance. We highly recommend giving this place a shot when looking for a vehicle, the people are kind, genuine, and are truly looking out for their clients’ best interest! I was so overwhelmed by the options on the market, but had heard of Fred’s… from another family friend who had used them in a similar situation. Maggie was very sympathetic and patient, helped me through all of the paperwork, and made an extremely tough situation so much easier for me. She gave me a very fair and competitive price for the vehicle, and I couldn’t be more thrilled with my experience there. by RLD on 03/15/2023I usually don't write reviews, but I had such an experience at this dealership that I felt it necessary to warn others about it. You know that old adage "If it's too good to be true, it probably is."? That describes this dealership. I was… interested in this dealership when I saw a great price on Edmunds for a car I was looking for. I read the reviews on Edmunds and saw that people had complained that they were "baited and switched". The price was so good, however, I held out hope. I called the dealership and verified the car was still available, then set up an appt to come test drive it later that afternoon. Keep in mind, they said this car had been on the lot since DECEMBER (it was now mid-March). When asked why the car was so cheap, they said it was because they had so many of those models on the lot at that time that they just wanted to get rid of it. I went to look at it, and they came up with some story that JUST before I got there, another person bought the car. So... the car has been for sale for over 3 months, and it gets sold an hour before I come to look at it? Unlikely. They then tried to get me to buy overpriced, poorly taken care of cars they actually had for sale. Trust me–go to a reputable place and avoid this one at all costs. You'll just be wasting your time.Bait and switch [non-permissible content removed]
by Nate on 10/29/2022I called to inquire about a car they had listed on Edmunds and was assured that it was available. They stated it was and we set up an appointment to look at it the next day. I requested that they send me the Carfax report. They said they… would but never did. They called the next morning to confirm the appointment. When I got there, they said they were having problems locating the car. That quickly turned into a story that someone had come by late the night before and taken it home to show their spouse and they would probably be purchasing it. This particular vehicle had been on their lot for almost a year, according to Edmunds. It is very suspect that it is magically gone the day after I ask about it. They immediately tried to sell me on any other car on their lot, stating they would sell me one 'at cost' and not make any money.2014 Toyota Corolla Stock#: TR095100 Mile IS NOT AVAILABLE - SCAM - BATE

For many years I just looked at the vehicles on their lot as I drove by and never thought to inquire about many of the beautiful car I noticed. However,… I looked on autotrader.com and saw a car they were advertising and decided to go there to inquire about the car. I was greeted by Mike, who advised me the vehicle recently sold. He informed me there we a few more similar vehicles that I looked at and test drove one of them. My first thought was to think overnight about purchasing the vehicle I liked. No one from the staff pressured me into purchasing the vehicle. They assured me the vehicle was priced well and likely to sell quickly. I decided to purchased the vehicle, because they were patient with me. I worked with Mike, Tony, Oliver, and Deen throughout the process to purchase the vehicle. It was a real pleasure doing business with their staff. I highly recommend this establishment. I look forward to purchasing from them again in the future.Great experience

Bottom line is that they were transparent and very concerned with customer service. They… sold me a great 2014 Subaru Forester for a great price and allowed me to get a pre-purchase inspection at the Subaru dealership shop 15 minutes away. This is something that I would recommend everyone do and probably would have mitigated most of the issues that I see in the negative reviews that I’ve read. The process was relatively efficient and I don’t feel as though I was sitting and waiting for too long. In the meantime they asked me if wanted anything like water or coffee and I said coffee, turns out someone ran to the McDonald’s across the street to get me coffee. Fred’s definitely values the customer first and I can’t speak for all but they acted in good faith with me and were very transparent. Couldn’t be happier.My daughters first car

Their professional sales team worked with me, my financial status, and found a vehicle which… was perfect for me. That was not only it they were tremendously kind. Recently I was involved in a car accident which cosmetically destroyed my VWJ. I called the dealership and the Owner told me to bring it in and they’ll have a look at it. Just like that they did. They replaced both quarter panels, installed a new grill and rotated my tires at a very affordable price. Overall I am very pleased with Fred’s Auto Executive because they focus on quality of service in every aspect. FIVE of FIVE stars I definitely WOULD RECOMMEND to a FRIEND.SO happy!

I am traveling to Columbia South Carolina for work in a few days and the team at Freds was able to accommodate me in getting the vehicle inspected, the paperwork written up,… and everything financed in such a timely manner. Not to mention the outstanding deal I got. Their customer service is next level. I will honestly be back for my next car with Freds because I feel so taken care of. First of all got the total run around called did not get an answer back, you would have thought that I said a foul word just by trying to… purchase one of their vehicles. My time was wasted to come from Maryland to test drive this 2008 Range Rover when the Dealership knew that their "Guaranteed Financing " was a farce. I would not tell a soul to go and purchase a car from this dealer as a matter of fact I would tell them to stay away at all cost. Fred's Executive Auto is the worse car buying ordeal that I have ever went through and I have been buying cars since I was 18 years old.
