Fred's Executive Auto

I was originally skeptical of Fred’s (usually what happens when you look at the negative reviews first) but It turned out to be a great experience. Bottom line is that they were transparent and very concerned with customer service. They sold me a great 2014 Subaru Forester for a great price and allowed me to get a pre-purchase inspection at the Subaru dealership shop 15 minutes away. This is something that I would recommend everyone do and probably would have mitigated most of the issues that I see in the negative reviews that I’ve read. The process was relatively efficient and I don’t feel as though I was sitting and waiting for too long. In the meantime they asked me if wanted anything like water or coffee and I said coffee, turns out someone ran to the McDonald’s across the street to get me coffee. Fred’s definitely values the customer first and I can’t speak for all but they acted in good faith with me and were very transparent. Couldn’t be happier.
