I called to inquire about a car they had listed on Edmunds and was assured that it was available. They stated it was and we set up an appointment to look at it the next day. I requested that they send me the Carfax report. They said they would but never did. They called the next morning to confirm the appointment. When I got there, they said they were having problems locating the car. That quickly turned into a story that someone had come by late the night before and taken it home to show their spouse and they would probably be purchasing it. This particular vehicle had been on their lot for almost a year, according to Edmunds. It is very suspect that it is magically gone the day after I ask about it. They immediately tried to sell me on any other car on their lot, stating they would sell me one 'at cost' and not make any money.
