    Adam Kearney is a knowledgeable professional. More importantly, he keeps us updated on the progress of our vehicles when we bring them in for service. My wife and I have owned three HR-V's. We bought our first one in Florida. When we moved to Ashburn, we took our car to AutoNation. With courtesy, Adam expertly took care of our service needs then. We have come to appreciate his customer service approach and trust his advice in servicing our vehicles. Since, Adam is the 'only' reason we leased our second HR-V and bought our third HR-V from AutoNation.

  • Used Car Scam

    I bought a $25k used car and paid $4k for, what I was told was a “bumper to bumper” warranty. Two days later I found repairs that needed to be done for systems, like the cruise control, that a reasonable person would expect to be working that weren’t. The salesman, sales manager & finance manager told me those things should be working and to take the car to Nissan and they’d cover the bill for the repairs. Then, after my right of rescission had expired, they told me the repairs weren’t covered and my warranty was drive train only. Now I’m stuck with either eating $8k in repairs or a legal battle. Shady, do NOT buy a car here!

    Absolutely one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had in my 50 plus years. My sales man, Steven Castillo was very friendly and very informative. His main goals were to be completely honest and not hint anything. His attention to detail was spot on and he was very personable. I am very happy with my purchase and with the over all experience.

    Sold my 2013 Buick and it was the easiest process to start with Kumar - he was amazing ! They indeed give me the best offer compared to other locations . Same day we purchased our 2024 Honda Hybrid accord with Hamid H . He was was very helpful and knowledgeable. Of course the process does take time so come prepared to spend hours at the dealer but overall had a great experience!

    FAWAD HASSAN is my Service Advisor ever since I bought my 2021 Honda Sport Accord almost two years ago. I love that Honda always has me working with the same Advisor for every visit. It has been a real pleasure working with Farad. He always makes me feel like I am getting honest, fair repairs. I thank Honda for having such a real professional on staff. I never feel like I am going to get ripped off when I come in for any service like it was with previous FORD purchases. Have Farad train other advisors and give him a raise, he certainly deserves it!

    I bought a car recently from Dulles Honda where I ended up paying $ 2000.00 more than what I have been agreed to pay by salesman . Here is what happened: After lengthy negotiations the sales person & I agreed upon the outdoor price that I will pay excluding interest & he lets me sign on it by convincing me that is what I will pay outdoor. Even if I signed that paper the sales person eventually takes me to the other finance office which I would like to call it The Slaughter House where I signed another paper with different price tag i.e. around $2000.00 more than what I have been told to pay by sales person.For that matter I have all the necessary papers . Long story short, please please let me know how I could get back my $$$$$ from the big hand because that money is a lot for someone like me who struggles financially. I really appreciate anyone who would like to share ideas , [contact info removed]

    Honda/Acura owner over the past 20+years within 15 mile radius. Overall customer service was least friendly, least approachable, and least efficient with assistance during most recent visit. Will be taking my Honda to be serviced at a different, nearby Honda service department with purchase of Honda service plan for future service needs. Personal advisor was friendly and work performed in timely manner.
