onHonda/Acura owner over the past 20+years within 15 mile radius. Overall customer service was least friendly, least approachable, and least efficient with assistance during most recent visit. Will be taking my Honda to be serviced at a different, nearby Honda service department with purchase of Honda service plan for future service needs. Personal advisor was friendly and work performed in timely manner.
