    We've been using the service department at AutoNation Honda Dulles since they opened. Makes sense since we have purchased or leased all of our Honda's (too many to count) at the dealership. This time around, my wife's 2020 C-RV was due for its 30K checkup. Paul, the service advisor gave me a friendly greeting and talked me through some items that needed to be replaced and didn't push back or press me when I declined one of the suggested items. They completed the work in a timely manner and treated me in a professional, yet friendly manner. Plus, the complimentary car wash is a nice benefit. I can't express strongly enough my long-term satisfaction with the Service Department. Adam and his team is great! Next up is my 2016 Honda Civic.

    I came in for an oil change and 30,000 mile service. Adam was prompt, courteous and professional. I received a phone call and a photo regarding additional service that they recommended. They kept me informed throughout the appointment. Additionally, I has a couple of minor scratches on the front bumper of my vehicle. Adam called the body shop person who took a look at it and then cleaned up the 2 scrapes for me at no extra charge! Fantastic service!

    I would not hesitate to recommend purchasing a car from AutoNation Honda Dulles. It went very smoothly and without any problems. I thought the trade-in offered on my car was very fair and definitely contributed to me making the purchase of my Passport.

    I took my vehicle in for service and it was so easy. I had an appointment with Fawad and he was excellent. He told me it would take about 90 minutes but in less than an hour he called me and said everything was done. I will definitely return to Honda the next time I need anything done.

    Convenient service time after work (5:30pm), quick and accurate diagnosis of the problem and fixed in about an hour, also checked the health of tires, brakes and battery. Nice service personnel, and comfort waiting area.

    Adam was our service provider, he could not been more accommodating. The part for repair was not available but Adam tried to accommodate us with another service area who did have the part. We decided to wait until the part was available and glad we did. Our's was a warranty coverage, no money was exchanged.

    The Maintenance Advisor Technician (Michael) was very professional by the way he informed of all the necessary maintenance that will be coming due on my car.     Bottom-line up front, we were pleased with our overall experience. We did our research, knew the kind of vehicle we wanted, and how much we were willing to spend. After tracking down leads all week at both large and smaller independent dealers that went nowhere, we found the perfect car at AutoNation. The salesperson was nice and patient. My only real critique is that he only introduced himself to me, and not to my wife and son. It's a rookie sales mistake to presume the husband is the sole decision maker in any kind of purchase. Additionally, the car was for my son, and he was contributing a big chunk to the purchase of the car from his savings. (Not a big deal; just wanted to bring it to your attention for next time.) We next met with the finance guy. We were paying cash for the car and didn't need financing, so the only thing left to push was the extended warranty. While the coverage was impressive and the price for it wasn't completely insane, we initially declined because we were prepared to pay out-of-pocket for whatever repairs that the car may need in the future. He did the classic, "let me talk to my manager" line, and long story-short, the manager offered us the "dealer rate" for the warranty, which was a big savings. We relented and were happy with the decision, but if they just led off with that offer at the start, we could've been on our way sooner. (Again, not a big deal either.) DON'T mistake any of the above comments as negative towards AutoNation. We were extremely pleased with the selection choices available and the advertised "one price" pricing policy. We will definitely shop there again for our next vehicle--new or used!
